I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.

Commissioner may post the artwork on their personal space/media.

I have the right to refuse a commission without needing a reason.

Please specify for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.

Payment is made via Paypal

Payment in USD only. 50% payment upfront.

For skecth commissions, 100% payment required.

After payment, a sketch/draft of the commission will be given.

After the lineart/base color phase, the remaining 50% will be paid.

Updates will be given during drafting, lineart and coloring stages. Additional updates will be given as requested by the client.

Client will be allowed 3 revisions during the drafting stage. Any revisions afterward or during the lineart stage will require a fee.

Working speed may vary depending on the queue. Normal illustrations may take 1-3 month max for me to finish. Please keep in mind I have work outside of commissions. I will inform you in advance if I cannot complete your order in due time.

Refunds are only accepted during the sketch phase and given based on progress made.
